Are humans inherently bad?
Goodness versus badness
What does it mean to be good or bad? Why are certain humans portraited as bad while others as good? What is the criteria to evaluate the goodness or badness of someone?
Why do we have difficulty expressing our emotions?
When I chat with someone and I have a deep meaningful connection with them. Why does my body word-thoughts freeze, but my emotions are exploding? I see deep-level communication happening on two level: where we are able to convert our thoughts into concrete words AND have our body sense an internal emotion that we don’t understand clearly but vibrates deep within.
In addition, later in the week, when you may look back on the conversation, the word-thoughts are not remembered, but the feelings that vibrated our souls are.
The mystery is not clear to me and I believe many scientist. The link between abstract feelings and concrete thoughts exist through a black-box.
The next step in our evolution
Humans are constantly evolving, and I see the next step is to be able to verbalize our emotions. To convert the abstract feelings that make our skin shiver and our hearts pound into words/word-forms that can be shared to others. But humans will require AI to read our emotions that we feel within us, to allow us or it to express our emotions concretely to another human.
Advanced humans emotion interpretation will be a tool that will enrich the majority of our lives. To allow deeper connections to be formed from human to human.
What makes a human bad?
Humans (1) think and (2) take action, repeatedly, for their entire lives. These two things are the primary ways humans express themselves. For example, someone may think about murder and then perform murder. Their thought was bad; their action was bad. But are they a bad person?
I see that if they repeatedly have bad thinking and took bad actions then yes. But if it was a one time thing… it’s questionable.
This is not to say murder is bad. The point I am revolving around is that,
we judge others by their immediate action and the severity of the action.
Is judging others bad?
Forming an opinion or conclusion about someone is not bad nor makes us bad. But using than opinion to do bad things is!
In today’s world, we are thrown tons of content that forces us to make a rapid opinion about it. Overtime, this changes our mindsets of certain groups of humans. Which may result in bad action been taken by you.
Conclusion
The society we are in is slowly changing our mindset to guide us towards taking bad actions. Without technology that reads our internal feelings and express it to others, we will become more judgement of specific groups and potentially take bad actions.
I encourage you to reflect on the opinions you are making daily and evaluate if you are on the road to take a bad action, and if so, seek help.
